Laura & Brandon | A Classic White Wedding

Laura and Brandon were married at the Ancaster Mill’s gorgeous Miller’s Chapel on a stunningly perfect summer day. Upon selecting the always classic colour palette of creamy whites and ivories, the couple worked along with the Sue Gallo Design team just weeks before their wedding day. Together we creatively curated a garden chic wedding that was stylish and romantic … highlighting the natural setting of the valley that surrounds the Ancaster Mill. We accentuared the venue with ever so lovely and super lush florals that included garden roses, eucalpytus, Italian ruscus, ranunculus, stock flower and hydrangea. Gold beaded charger plates elegantly set the head table, while gilded framed table numbers and stunning menus by Paper Damsels capped off each guest dining table. Lauar and Brandon were glowing in love. We are smitten with each and every beautiful image of this love filled day captured by the talented Kasia Jurowski Photography.

LOVE NOTE

“Hi Sue! Brandon and I just arrived back from our honeymoon and I am so glad that I can finally reach out to express just how grateful we are for all our handwork at our wedding on July 15th at Ancaster Mill.

First off, I cannot thank you enough for taking us on so late in the planning process. When Brandon reached out to you, he expressed how heartfelt and understanding you were to our situation. The fact that you we willing to overextend yourself on that day (as I know you already had another wedding booked for that day), shows your true passion and care for the wedding industry. The way you were able to emphasize with our situation showed me that you truly care about your clients. This is such a special gift and your clients are so lucky to have part of their big day.

We would also like to thank your team for putting together our ceremony space and reception room. Everything turned out beyond imaginable. The floral arrangements and bouquets were absolutely stunning. I was so lucky to arrive at Ancaster Mill 2 hours before my ceremony. My bridal party, mother and myself stood in the Governors room for a good 20 minutes, soaking up the beauty that was set up by you and your team. After my ceremony, I couldn’t help but turn back into the chapel. I was overwhelmed with the feeling produced by the atmosphere of the space. It was just so so perfect!

I am sure my photographer captured many beautiful pictures of the space and I cannot wait to see them, reminding myself of this perfect day! Thank you again for everything – your care, attention to detail, and creative gift!

Brandon and Laura Gellert”
