We here at Sue Gallo Designs are always inspired by the love stories of the couples we work with. There are so many different stories, past histories and future dreams that each person brings into a marriage. The love that binds, the hopes and dreams that keep them focused on the future together. This gorgeous anniversary beach styled shoot on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie was inspired by one such story, a quote that came across my desk. A soft romantic dream of love, togetherness, and shared memories of lasting friendship. The SGD team along with Leslie from Warehouse 84 and Danielle from Shaw Events created a summers evening setting for our couple, to celebrate their fist year anniversary with their best friends. Eventful Niagara provided the natural setting of the beach. Its tucked away secluded location allowed for a relaxed atmosphere for the couples to reminisce and enjoy each others company with the passage of the afternoon. Our beautiful florals in rich hues of plums, marsala, soft peaches, and greens were in sharp contrast with the natural beauty of the shore line. But together with the detailed elements that help tell this story, the flowers were simply perfect. Sharleen from Sweet Celebrations created the ethereal cake so perfectly framed in a birch frame tee pee. Hand made stationary with calligraphy by Post Calligraphy. Wardrobe was provided by Hawk and Sparrow, with hair & make up by Glow Hair & Beauty. Custom hand made jewellery by Hattitude Jewels. Luxury Plate Setting, glassware and silverware by Plate Occasions. Bringing to life the essence of Dayelle Bartows dream was photographer Will Reid.
